Nutrition and health advice is often confusing and misleading; though, most people already know things they could do to improve their health. However, knowing and consistently doing are very different things.
My approach focuses on health fundamentals through an evidence-based lens, emphasizing progress and sustainability by balancing activity and recovery in an realistic way. The goal is building consistency and capability while not requiring perfection. When targeted behaviors fit into real life, they create freedom, strength, energy, and resilience needed to live fully now and in the future.
Kelly has a graduate degree and years of experience in functional fitness coaching, nutrition counseling, and behavior change; as well as experience as a busy mom and competitive athlete. Her work helps clients develop lasting habits that support health, performance, and longevity.
After managing her own autoimmune and other health challenges for over a decade, she brings both professional expertise and lived understanding to her coaching. Her focus remains practical and grounded, along with compassionate to help people feel confident, strong, energized, and supported in building health that lasts.
